Meeting of the City Council was held at 7:00 o’clock P.M.

Present,-President Hart, Councillors Scatamacchia, Ryan, Macek, Daly O’Brien, Hall, McGonagle, Donahue and Quimby.

Records of the last meeting were approved.

Councillor Hall was appointed to read the records for the present week.

Communication was received from Mayor Fiorentini with a presentation by the MVRTA regarding the Haverhill Intermodal Parking Facility.

Councillor David Hall introduced Document 38-H To Wit: ORDERED: That the Mayor be and is hereby authorized to enter into and execute “PURCHASE & SALE AGREEMENT” on behalf of the City of Haverhill with the Merrimack Valley Regional Transit Authority for the purpose of transfering legal title to a site on Granite Street known as the "Ted for Tires" lot (as described in said Agreement) for the development and construction of an intermodal parking facility.
