Records of the last meeting were approved.

Councillor Macek was appointed to read the records for the present week.

Communication was received from Mayor Fiorentini vetoing Document 132-B, Regarding Tax Classification - Order to set residential factor for FY 2009 and also requests new Hearing to set a new tax rate for City. 132-BB
