Meeting of the City Council was held at 7:00 o’clock P.M. Present,-President Hart, Councillors Scatamacchia, Ryan,
Macek, Daly O’Brien, Hall, McGonagle, Donahue and Quimby. PETITIONS Petition was received from Verizon New England and MA Electric Co requesting joint pole location on Monmouth st. VOTED: that HEARING BE HELD DECEMBER 9 2008 135 HEARING Hearing was held on Document 135, a petition from Verizon New England and MA Electric requesting a joint pole location on Monmouth st. With Joseph Gleason and Attorney Paul Magliochetti appearing in favor and no one in opposition the hearing was closed. HEARING CLOSED 135 Document 135-B
