March 24, 2009 Meeting of the City Council was held at 7:00 o’clock P.M. Present,-President Hart, Councillors Scatamacchia, Ryan, Macek, Daly O’Brien, Hall, McGonagle, Donahue and Quimby. Councillor Macek was appointed to read the records for the
present week. Notice was received from Mayor Fiorentini of the following appointments: David Hall to the CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT PARKING COMMISSION. Application was received for 2009 Drainlayer license from David Tebbetts. GRANTED Yeas 9, Nays 0 4-Y Petition was received from Gina Bowman requesting to hang
banners in Bradford last 2 weeks in March & mid April for “Relay for Life”. COMMUNICATIONS Communication was received from Councillor Scatamacchia requesting a discussion regarding a 15 minute parking space in front of 20 Emerson st. PLACED ON FILE and REFERRED TO PARKING COMMISSION Yeas 9, Nays 0 5-X Communication was received from Councillor Daly O’Brien requesting a discussion regarding proposed Ordinance related to Building Maintenance of Abandoned, Foreclosing Residential Properties.
