Meeting of the City Council was held at 7:00 o’clock P.M.

Present,-President Hart, Councillors Scatamacchia, Ryan, Macek, Hall, McGonagle, Donahue and Quimby.

Absent,-Councillor Daly O’Brien.

Records of the last meeting were approved.

Councillor Quimby was appointed to read the records for the present week.

On motion of Councillor Macek to establish a Committee to advance Forestry Management Program on all appropriate city land. Communication was received from Councillor Macek submitting Minutes and Recommendations of Natural Resources & Public Property meeting held on April 8 2009. PLACED ON FILE 42-H

Communication was received from Councillor Hall requesting a discussion regarding establishing policies regarding firewood.

HEARING

Hearing was held on Document 17, Application from Louis & Gail Duquette requesting City accept Duquette dr as a Public Way.
