Present,-President Hart, Councillors Scatamacchia, Ryan, Macek, Hall, McGonagle, Donahue and Quimby.

Absent,-Councillor Daly O'Brien.

Records of the last meeting were approved.

Councillor Donahue was appointed to read the records for the present week.

On motion of Councillor Macek to suspend the rules to introduce a resolution to authorize the Mayor to submit CDBG-R application for Stimulus Funding. SUSPENSION PASSED Yeas 8, Absent 1
