Meeting of the City Council was held at 7:00 o’clock P.M.

Present,-President Hart, Councillors Scatamacchia, Ryan, Macek, Daly O’Brien, Hall, McGonagle, Donahue and Quimby.

Records of the last meeting were approved.

Councillor Macek was appointed to read the records for the present week.

Councillor Macek presented the minutes of the Natural Resources and Public Property Committee meeting held June 25, 2009 regarding Doc.#42-Q, potential reuses of the Clement farmhouse.
