August 25, 2009 Meeting of the City Council was held at 7:00 o’clock P.M. Present,-President Hart, Councillors Scatamacchia, Ryan, Macek, Daly O’Brien, Hall, McGonagle, Donahue and Quimby. Councillor McGonagle was appointed to read the records for the present week. Communication was received from Mayor Fiorentini requesting that Valet Parking in Downtown Haverhill be discussed andalso requests Fred Habeeb, one of the owners of George’s/Mal’s Lounge be allowed to speak concerning this matter. Communication was received from Mayor Fiorentini regarding Order for Consolidation of City’s personnel/human resource departments and also Agreement for consolidation. PLACED ON FILE 43-E ORDERED: That the City shall adopt MGL Chapter 17, Section 37M
