Councillor Young was appointed to read the records for the present week. GRANTED Yeas 9, Nays 0 COMMUNICATIONS Abatement report was received from Board of Assessors for month of February. PLACED ON FILE 9-C Communication was received from Councillor Hall requesting a
discussion about zoning at Ward Hill Business Park. Communication from William Pillsbury Economic Development & Planning Director requesting to extend Zoning Ordinance – WIPOD (Waterfront InterimPlanning Overly District)for an additional 3 month as provided for in the Ordinance (Said Ordinance adopted March 2009 and was granted a 6 month extension by Council, September 2009) MOTION TO EXTEND SIX MONTHS PASSED Yeas 9, Nays 0 38 HEARINGS President Hart recused himself. Vice President Scatamacchia Chaired the hearing. Hearing was held on Document 4, a petition from Attorney Timothy Schiavoni for Roman Catholic Archbishop of Boston requesting to amend Zoning Ordinance to Rezone a portion of Lot 1A-2 Assessors Plan 419, Block 171, 110-114 Lincoln av; from Residential High Density (RH) District to a Commercial Medical (CM)District and also requesting to Amend Uses permitted in a Commercial Medical (CM) District to include a Bank and/or other Financial Institution with Attorney Schiavone appearing in favor and no one opposed, the hearing was closed. A favorable recommendation was received from the Planning Board and the Planning Director. MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE CHAPTER 255 On the question of passage the yeas and nays were as follows: Yeas,-Councillors Ryan, Hall, LePage, Daly O'Brien, Amirian, Macek and Acting President Scatamacchia 7, Nays,-Councillor Young 1, Absent,-President Hart 1, and PASSED 4-B MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE CHAPTER 255 An Ordinance Relating to Zoning, 110-114 Lincoln Ave-RH to CM transfer lot 1A-2 from RH(Residential High Density) to CM(Commercial Medical Services)(see document for complete text) On the question of passage the yeas and nays were as follows: Yeas,-Councillors Ryan, Hall, LePage, Daly O'Brien, Amirian, Macek and Acting President Scatamacchia 7, Nays,-Councillor Young 1, Absent,-President Hart 1, and PASSED 4-BB President Hart returns to Chamber Document 12, Petition was received from James Kater requesting City accept Falcon Lane as a public way.
