Councillor Daly O'Brien was appointed to read the records for the present week. ___________________________ Communication was received from Mayor Fiorentini requesting to
address Council to provide an update and presentation on the new Railroad Square Parking Garage on Granite Street. The following appointments were made by the Mayor:
PETITIONS Petition was received from Derek Mitchell of Championship Wrestling Association requesting to hold professional wrestling show at Haverhill High School Gymnasium, Saturday, April 3, 7:00 pm to 9:30 pm. GRANTED Yeas 9, Nays 0 44 COMMUNICATIONS Communication was received from Councillor Macek requesting to discuss traffic safety improvements for the Ayers Village area at the intersection of Rt. 97 Broadway and Crystal st. PLACED ON FILE and REFERRED TO TRAFFIC & SAFETY COMMITTEE Yeas 9, Nays 0 5-T Communication was received from Councillor LePage requesting to discuss requests for street lights. PLACED ON FILE 5-U HEARINGS Hearing was held on Document 13, a petition from Stephen Defeo requesting the City accept Baypoint Lane as a public way with Stephen Defeo appearing in favor and no one in opposition, the hearing was closed. A favorable recommendation was received from the Planning Board and Planning Director. Document 13-B
