PLACED ON FILE 43-G PETITIONS Notice was received from the Department of Public Utilitiesof Filing, Public Hearings and Procedural Conference on Petition of Boston, Essex & Colonial Gas Companies each d/b/a National Grid for Approval of a General Increase in Gas Distribution rates, a Targeted Infrastructure Recovery Factor and a Revenue Decoupling Mechanism; with conference being held June 2nd. Communication was received from Councillor Daly O’Brien requesting a discussion regarding Hale Hospital Trust funds. Communication was received from Councillor LePage requesting to announce Hazardous Waste Day to be held May 8th. Hearing was announced for Documents 88/07 to 88-D/07, Petitions from Attorney Donald Borenstein for Fermata Limited Partnership, requesting Special Permits for 4 building projects off Brandy Brow rd.
