The Haverhill Board of Appeals will hold A PUBLIC HEARING ON WEDNESDAY EVENING SEPTEMBER 15, 2010 AT 7:00 P.M. in ROOM 202, CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS, HAVERHILL, CITY HALL, to hear the following items:

CONTINUED FROM JULY 21, 2010 MEETING:

1. Florida Tower Partners LLC (for AT&T) for Masys Way: Applicant seeks a Dimensional Variance pursuant to Article XII §255-105 (C) (2) to exceed height requirement and §255-105 (C) (5) (a) to all setbacks to property lines of less then 2x tower height and within 600’ of a property line used for residential or educational purposes. In addition, Applicant seeks a Special Permit to allow construction of a wireless communications facility in the RR Zone.

CONTINUED FROM THE AUGUST 18, 2010 MEETING:

2. D & D Realty Trust, Carl Khalil and Aida Khalil for Unnumbered Orchard Street: Applicant seeks a Dimensional Variance for building separation of 30’, 16’ and 30’ where 50’ required.

NEW BUSINESS:

3. Windham Realty for Unnumbered Bank Road: Applicant’s Petition was heard and granted at the March 17, 2010 hearing; the application and notice erroneously specified parcel 569-1-3C, plans filed showed sign on 569-1-3B; request to modify to 569-1-3B.

4. Erin M. Ferrick for 35 Liberty Street: Applicant seeks Special Permit for an accessory apartment for parent in existing dwelling in RR Zone.

5. Brandon Filamino & Ken Crawford/Canine Funtime, LLC for 179 Ward Hill Avenue: Applicant seeks a Special Use Variance to allow an indoor Dog Park, non-defined use in Table of Use, located in the Industrial Park District.

6. Bradford Unlimited Corporation for 42 Blossom Street: Applicant seeks Dimensional Variance for lot area of 9,462sf where 9,600sf required for two family in RH Zone.

7. Valley Properties, Inc. for 400 Lowell Avenue: Applicant seeks a Dimensional Variance for the following:
Parking ratio, rear truck access, front yard set back and driveway width.

8. Mark D. Raye for 65 Beach Street: Applicant seeks a Dimensional Variance for area, lot frontage, lot depth, front set back, side yard set back, rear yard set back and building coverage.
