There will be a meeting of the Haverhill Conservation Commission on Thursday, March 11, 2010 at 7:00 P.M. in Room 301, under M.G.L. Chapter 131, Sec. 40 and City of Haverhill Ordinance Chapter 253. If postponed by the Commission, the public meeting will be held on March 18, 2010, at the same time and location. The following is on the agenda:

Requests for Determinations of Applicability

1. Kathryn Lennon Walker for 57 Naples Road – Map 534, Block 13, Lots 67-70. Proposed construction of a residential addition.

2. Zion Bible College for 320 South Main Street – Map 727, Block 745, Lot 1. Proposed installation of three fountains within Tupelo Pond.

Notices of Intent

3. #33-1286 RFACO, LLC for Riverdale Avenue (“Riverdale Place”) – Map 764, Block 1, Lot 4A. Proposed construction of a seven-lot residential subdivision.

4. #33-NOI Salem Five Cents Savings Bank for 350 East Broadway – Map 449, Block 29, Lots 27B-1, 27B-2, and 28-1. Proposed demolition of an existing house and the replacement of a drainage culvert in association with a two-lot residential project.

5. #33-ANRAD City of Haverhill for Groveland Road – Map 776, Block 788, Lots 20, 21, 24, 26, 27, and 1AA. Proposed verification of the validity of delineated wetland resource area boundaries.
