Haverhill City Hall , Room 301 Chairperson Cheryl Accardi called the meeting to order under the Wetlands Protection Act, MGL Chapter 131, Section 40 and the City of Haverhill Ordinance Chapter 253.

Absent: Peter Richardson (Did not need to be present for this meeting)

1. #33-1233 Francis Bevilaqua for Edgehill Road – Map 664, Block 3, Lots 132 &133A. Proposed construction of a single-family house.

Mrs. Accardi opened this special meeting with the introduction of Rob Moore who explained the details of the denial process and the special conditions that would accompany the Order of Conditions for which this denial was being set forth. Mrs. Accardi motioned for an acceptance of this denial. Mrs. Hewey motioned. Ms. Carbone seconded. The Commission voted unanimously to issue an Order of Conditions denying this project.
