Please note that in order to be placed on the planning board agenda all requests for escrow reductions and escrow related matters, the filing of applications with plans for public hearings for preliminary plans, definitive & definitive modification plans, and frontage waiver plansare required to be submitted in writing by the cut off dates listed below.  ANR Plans (Approval not required a/k/a Form A Plans) are required to be submitted to the Planning Office 10 business days prior to the regular scheduled Planning Board Meeting.  As such the following schedule will be observed for 2010.  Please do not hesitate to contact the Planning Office with any questions or concerns that you might have with these filings.

These deadlines are to allow time to submit requests to the proper city departments, time for said departments to return written reports back to the Planning Office, and copies of said reports provided to the board members for its review prior to its meeting.  Any submissions received after the deadline will be place on the following month’s agenda.  If you have any questions regarding this matter, please call the Planning Department.
