City Clerk - Marriage Certificate
The Haverhill City Clerk issues certified copies of the records of marriage for couples whose Intention of Marriage was filed at Haverhill City Hall. If you are not certain whether a marriage record is filed with the Haverhill City Clerk, call the office for confirmation at (978) 374-2312 before ordering online. The City Clerk’s Office is open weekdays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Eastern Standard/Daylight Time.
Certified copies cost $15.00 each
Certificates will be mailed the same day if the order is placed by 1:00 PM, or the following business day if the order is placed on a holiday or weekend.
Please note: Some records are restricted and will require a photo id. Please contact the City Clerk’s Office if you have any questions.
