LICENSE COMMISSION

Bring Your Own Bottle Regulation

The Haverhill License Commission held a hearing on Monday, August 5, 1996. The Commission voted to institute a New City Regulation for all License holders under Chapter 140.

Effective August 15, 2000, No person who is licensed to sell food products, will allow the consumption of Alcoholic Beverages on their premises unless they are licensed to sell such beverages on their premises under MGL Ch138 §12 or the 1 Day License under §14.
