What you should know about the National Do Not Call Registry

The National Do Not Call Registry gives you a choice about whether to receive telemarketing calls at home. Most telemarketers should not call your number once it has been listed on the registry for 31 days. You can register your home or mobile phone for free by logging on to www.donnotcall.gov or calling 1-888-382-1222 and follow the prompts.

Your registration will not expire. The Federal Trade Commission will not drop any telephone numbers from the National Do Not Call Registry based on five-year expiration period pending final Congressional or agency action on whether to make registration permanent.
