Water Division

The Water Division provides potable water to residents and businesses throughout the City of Haverhill. The Division consists of the Meter Division, Water Treatment and Water Maintenance.

Protecting Our Drinking Water:
The Haverhill Water Department plays a very active role in protecting our watersheds through inspections and reviewing ongoing development. If you see any suspicious materials or activities in or around the various lakes in Haverhill please contact the Water Treatment Plant at 978-374-2385.

The Haverhill Water Department also works with the volunteer group the Haverhill Lakes Alliance in cleaning up areas around various lakes and streams in the City and doing other projects to protect our water resources.
