Mayor Establishes Fire Victims Fund after Emerson Street Condo Blaze

Haverhill- Mayor James J. Fiorentini announced the creation of the “94 Emerson Street Fire Victims Fund” in the wake of the early morning fire that dislocated several individuals and families from their homes.

“In Haverhill, we take care of our own,” stated Mayor Fiorentini.  “I ask citizens to join with me in contributing to this fund, which will help these fire victims obtain clothes, furniture and other basic necessities, in addition to helping defray other bills and expenses.  I’d also like to thank Haverhill Bank for their work in coordinating this fund,” the Mayor added.

Contributions, which are tax-deductible, can be made to:
