Mayor Fiorentini to Speak at Harvard’s Kennedy School

Mayor James J. Fiorentini will be the featured speaker at an event at Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government on Thursday, April 19 at 12:30 pm. Mayor Fiorentini will speak about management and leadership of a dynamic city to graduate students of urban planning and urban design.

Fiorentini called it a great honor to be asked to give a guest lecture at Harvard:

“I’m honored that I was chosen represent the City of Haverhill to speak with these urban planning graduate students.

I am proud that Haverhill’s progress has received the attention of the Kennedy School of Government. They have asked me to speak about our progress in converting old factory buildings and bringing in new business at a time when Massachusetts is struggling and businesses are leaving many communities.”
