Residents who have high blood pressure or who are prone to heart disease should not shovel.” The Mayor noted that the snow is heavier than it appears, and urged residents to be cautious. “People who do shovel are urged to not lift large amounts, go slowly and pace yourself. Shoveling is dangerous for those aged fifty and above.” The Mayor noted that the Boys Club has people available for shoveling.
