 On Wednesday, October 22nd at 2PM at Baumann Park on Lincoln Avenue, the City will commemorate 2 trees and unveils plaques in memory of Pamela and Todd Gifford, the young sister and brother who perished as a result of the plane crash into their home on June 30, 1964 on Lackey Street. 

The Mayor will be unveiling these plaques with family members.  There will be short speaking program and brief reception to follow in Riverside Memorial Church Hall.
