Please be advised that on Tuesday, May 6th, permanent Haverhill Fire Chief Richard Borden, temporary Fire Captain Paul Weinburgh and Fire Lieutenant Robert Irvine will be sworn into their positions at 1PM at the Water Street Fire Station.
